Returns and exchanges
The consumer has a period of 7 working days to return, at his own expense, the products that do not suit him.

This period runs from the day of delivery of the consumer's order. If the deadline expires on a Saturday or Sunday, it is extended until Monday.

The amount of shipping costs includes management fees, shipping costs, packaging costs and depend on the weight of the order and the country delivered. The Prime Minister,

On the report of the Minister of Justice, the Minister of The Economy and Finance, the Minister of the Budget, the Minister of Industry and Foreign Trade, the Minister of Health and Humanitarian Action, the Minister Delegate for Trade and Crafts and the Secretary of State for Women's Rights and Consumer Affairs,

Having regard to Directive No 87-357 of the Council of the European Communities of 25 June 1987 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to products which, not having the appearance of what they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers;

Having regard to the Penal Code, and in particular Article R. 25 thereof;

Having regard to the Customs Code, and in particular Article 38 thereof;

Having regard to the law of 1 August 1905 on fraud and falsification in relation to products or services as amended, together with the amended decree of 22 January 1919 adopted for its application;

Having regard to Law No. 83-660 of 21 July 1983 on consumer safety and amending various provisions of the Law of 1 August 1905, in particular Article 2 thereof;

Having regard to Decree No. 89-662 of 12 September 1989 on the prevention of risks arising from the use of toys;

Having regard to the opinion of the Commission for Consumer Safety of 6 November 1991;

Products which are not foodstuffs but which are reasonably foreseeable to be confused by consumers, in particular children, with foodstuffs, taking into account their characteristics, in particular their shape, odour, colour, appearance, packaging, labelling, volume or size, must not contain, for the safety or health of persons, risks, such as choking, intoxication, perforation or obstruction of the digestive tract.

The provisions of this decree are applicable regardless of the warnings accompanying the product.

The constituent materials of the products mentioned in Article 1, with the exception of the non-accessible parts, must have a bioavailability, within the meaning of the decree of 12 September 1989 referred to above, due to the use not exceeding, per day, one of the following limits:

0.2 micrograms of antimony;

0.1 micrograms of arsenic;

25 micrograms of barium;

0.6 micrograms of cadmium;

0.3 micrograms of chromium;

0.7 micrograms of lead;

0.5 micrograms of mercury;

5 micrograms of selenium.

Article 3

The products referred to in Article 1 and their detachable parts must be of sufficient size so that they cannot be ingested by children under thirty-six months of age.

For this purpose, they must not be able to fit entirely into the template described in the annex to this decree.

Article 4

Amended by Law No. 93-949 of 26 July 1993 - art. 2 (V)

Without prejudice to the application of the administrative measures provided for in Articles L. 221-1 to L. 225-1 of the Consumer Code, any manufacturer, importer or distributor who manufactures, imports, exports, offers, sells, distributes free of charge or holds products mentioned in Article 1 that do not meet any of the defined obligations shall be punished by the penalties provided for in Article 1. Article 2 and Article 3 respectively.

In the event of a repeat offence, the fine provided for the recidivism of 5th class contraventions will be applicable.

For the purposes of this Decree, 'import' means the entry into the customs territory of non-Community goods.

Article 5
Within thirty days of the entry into force of this Decree, manufacturers, importers or distributors holding the products defined in Article 4 of this Decree must withdraw these products from the market [*implementing rules - emergency device*]. Failing this, the penalties provided for in the provisions of the same article shall apply.

Article 6

Decree No. 86-270 of 18 February 1986 implementing the Law of 21 July 1983 on consumer safety with regard to erasers is repealed with effect from the entry into force of this Decree.

Article 7

The Minister of Justice, the Minister of the Economy and Finance, the Minister of the Budget, the Minister of Industry and Foreign Trade, the Minister of Health and Humanitarian Action, the Minister Delegate for Trade and Crafts and the Secretary of State for Women's Rights and Consumer Affairs are responsible for, each as far as he is concerned, of the execution of this decree, which will be published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.

The gauge referred to in Article 3 shall have the shape of a truncated cylinder whose internal dimensions, expressed in millimetres, are:

- h 2: 57.1;

- d: 31.7.

The materials used for the creation of Mamzelle Suzanne jewelry (polymer paste, resin, varnish ...) are materials purchased in France, they therefore comply with the legislation in force.
