All purchases are shipped using the USPS. All USA orders are shipped with tracking confirmation so we can be sure that your gift makes it to you safely!

International Customers:
Your order will be shipped and tracked through the USA but cannot be tracked across international borders unless it is shipped Registered Mail. If you are interested in this service please let me know prior to purchase. Registered mail costs vary according to the country it is shipped to and will cost the buyer additional fees.
BE AWARE that some countries charge various handling and customs fees once your package arrives in your country! I do not know or cannot calculate what these fees may or may not be. IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY to research and pay these fees.

We offer a Lifetime Warranty on our glass drinking straws! If your straw is broken during "normal" use we will replace it or offer a refund for the item. If your straw is broken, chipped or you notice a defect in it please STOP use immediately and contact us. Do not throw the straw away- as part of our quality control practices, you may be asked to send us pictures or return the defective straw. Please use caution when using any glass product. small Things LLC is not liable for any injury caused by the use of glass drinking straws.
