All the products offered by the designer are created and made by the designer. However, if exceptionally the product becomes unavailable after the validation of the order, the customer is informed as soon as possible.
In the event of unavailability and out of stock, the customer may request a refund as soon as possible.

The price is payable in full and in a single payment at the time of the order.

The buyer guarantees to the creator that he has the necessary authorizations to use the payment method he has chosen, during the validation of the order form. The creator reserves the right to suspend any order management and delivery in case of refusal of authorization of payment by credit card by officially accredited organizations or in case of non-payment.
In particular, the designer reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a buyer who has not fully or partially paid for a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is being administered.

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery details he has recorded on the site. Any costs inherent in a contact information error will be borne by him.
• Delivery costs
Delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer and invoiced in addition to the selling price of the products. The buyer is informed before the final validation of his order of the delivery costs related to the said order and payment will be requested from the buyer for the total amount of the purchase, including the prices of the products ordered plus the delivery costs.
The delivery costs are for a delivery in Letter Max or Colissimo Suivi de la Poste. Delivery costs are charged € 5.5.

Failure to comply with the procedures set out below will result in no claim by you being accepted.
You are delivered to your home by your postman. In case of absence, you - or the recipient of the ordered product - receive a notice of passage from your postman, which allows you to collect the products ordered, at the post office on which you depend, for a period of fifteen days.
The buyer is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods on delivery and to report the damage due to La Poste on the delivery note, as well as to the designer, within one week, by email to contact [!at] mercilouisette.com or by post to the following address:

Shipments outside the France are not tracked, the creator can not be held responsible for the loss of mail. The buyer must contact La Poste for any complaint. If the buyer wants a tracked shipment, he will have to contact the designer before the payment of the order, the delivery costs will be reassessed accordingly.
• Delivery times (in working days)
Delivery times are given only as an indication from the sending of the order. The designer can in no way be held responsible for the delivery times of the Post Office and the consequences of a delay in delivery for the buyer, whatever their nature. Any possible exceeding of the delivery times will not give rise to damages, withholding, reduction of price paid or cancellation of order.
In the event of a delay in delivery compared to the date initially set, you must notify us in writing (mail, fax, email) or by telephone in order to improve the quality of service that may be offered to you and to allow us to carry out an investigation with the carrier.
A carrier survey can take up to 21 business days. If during this period the product is found, it will be immediately rerouted to the place of delivery designated in the order form.
On the other hand, if the ordered product is not found at the end of this 21-day investigation period, we will proceed at our expense to a new shipment of the products you have ordered.
In the event that the ordered product is no longer available, the buyer will be refunded.
