Return & Exchange Policy
We provide 30 day return/ exchange warranty (EXCEPT items that are solid gold rings, custom-made, damaged, altered, or used), please contact us within 7 days after you receive the package. As our rings are individually crafted for each customer, if the return and exchange is not related to a product quality problem, we will have to apply a 35% restocking fee. For exchange, we only provide one time (except quality problem). Running a retail store is not easy, and we hope you can understand the costs associated with providing a custom-made item.
Cancel an order
We accept order cancellation within 24 hours, after that we will charge 15% restocking fee. Thank you for your understanding.
Care Instructions
*Dry and Polish
For an extra brilliant shine, you can use a jewelry polishing cloth to clean the ring.
Avoid using paper towels or tissues, as these can leave tiny scratches on the gold.
*Avoid Scratches
Please refrain from wearing the ring while doing household chores or exercising, such as cooking, cleaning, or any activities that may cause friction. Friction can damage the protective coating on the ring's surface, leading to discoloration or oxidation.
*Only Clean as Needed
Don't overclean your gold jewelry. Only clean it when it's visibly dirty or starting to develop a patina. Excessive cleaning can wear down the finish over time.
And never use bleach or other harsh chemicals to clean your gold pieces, as these can damage the metal.
