The majority of the presented items are unique, made with beautiful and quality findings, items are handmade with Swarovski crystal, mother of pearl, freshwater pearls, Czech glass beads, nickel free findings. All the jewels are guaranteed on 1 year within the framework of a normal use.
I can make in the request the jewel of your dreams for a special occasion (for a wedding, a party...) or simply because you want to indulge yourselves.

The order is only prepared and sent after check of the payment. After acceptance of the payment, the parcel is prepared and sent during the day.

I ship to the address you entered on your Etsy account, so please make sure it is correct.
Shipping
Jewels are sent all around the world through the services of The français Post office. Postal charges amount at the moment to 8 € for the whole world, postal charges are offered for France. Delivery times vary from 7 to 15 days (except France) and of 48 a hour for France ( Colissimo).

A tracking number is always provided to the customer at the time of shipment in order to track the progress of the delivery of the order.

Jewels are carefully packed and protected, it is up to the customer to verify well the state of its parcel with reception before accepting it, we would be held responsible for the degraded state in which the parcel could arrive at destination. Every our parcel are checked with the biggest pre-shipment care.

Jewels are guaranteed on 1 year as from the purchase date.
I make a commitment to repair any jewel which would have undergone some damage owed to a manufacturing defect.
However, I allow to remind in my pleasant buyers that I would not know how to be held responsible for the misuse of my products.
Besides, my jewels are made with diverse materials as the crystal, the glass, the resin, gemstones but also some metal which is guaranteed without nickel. This last component was known as being source of allergies and other cutaneous reactions. So nickel free!
Today, it's forbidden in the manufacturing of the European components. However, he can that certain people are allergic to other components but I would not know how to be held responsible for it. I make no components, I assemble them to create jewels. I remind that it's about costume jewels!
Finally, I disclaim all liability in case of loss or of flight jewels ordered on my ETSY store.
Rigorous controls are made before every shipping, jewels are carefully packed. In reception, it falls to the customer to verify the outside state of the package and its contents.
Beware, don't bring down jewelry on the floor, remove it when showing or swimming and don't vaporize perfume on jewelry.
