I am absolutely thrilled with the house we ordered. It came packed with great care, in paper so I could recycle it..and a lovely hand written note. It came quickly from France to Canada and I can't wait for my daughter to see it. You can tell that it was created with thought and care and I am so thrilled with it! Thank you!!

Ok where do I start? Super fast shipping from France to Canada! The doll house and furniture came with instructions and is easy to assemble without tools or glue! It is the PERFECT size for Calicos and not too big to be in the way! I wanted to add a picture in my review with all my own furniture in it already but I think it’s best to show it as it is so you can imagine it how you will use it. Very very happy and would buy again. Thank you so much!

The Wooden Toys That Children’s Dreams are Made Of

My name is Eva Guillet, and I am a designer. When my daughter was 3 years old, I set out to finding her a beautiful dollhouse. I wanted it to be simple and modern, not stereotyped and made of natural materials... However, confronted with the lack of options available on the market, I resolved to create my own dollhouse from scratch.
I was working in a makerspace and had a digital cutting machine at my disposal - and so I jumped in. The success was instantaneous - the dollhouse grew so popular that I eventually decided to make it the focal point of my activity, with the desire to work up an entire universe around it. Thus was born « Milkywood », a collection of wooden toys made for little dreams.
These sleek and modern toys are all designed and made in Paris. Cut out flat from wooden boards, the pieces shape up through playing & assembling. Milkywood encourages small-scaled local production, reasoned manufacturing and human contact, and promotes the use of natural materials in its journey to creating simple, ethical, timeless and playful pieces.
