Frequently asked questions
Can you frame the poster for me?
Sorry, but I don’t do that. The frames you see on the pictures are just there to put the posters in situation. You can buy your frames in framing stores, at IKEA or even on Amazon if you prefer to buy online. You will be able to find all the sizes you want.
What happens if my poster is damaged?
If your poster arrives damaged or if there is any problem, please don't worry! Just take a picture of the poster and package, then contact me immediately. I will send you another one.
If you haven’t contacted me within 3 days after delivery, I will consider you satisfied and the transaction will be finalized.
What are your return and exchange policies?
For a return, please contact me within 3 days after delivery. Items must be returned within 14 days after delivery with a tracking number to receive a refund. As soon as I receive the item, you’ll get your refund.
WARNING: I do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized prints, downloadable products and discounted items.
Custom and personalized orders
Please be sure to check the delivery address before confirming your order.
Any return to the sender or package lost because of a wrong address, or unclaimed or undelivered delivery notice will result in a new shipment with new shipment fees to be paid by the customer – or a refund of the item minus delivery charges once I have received the items in their original condition.
