    I am so happy you are interested in buying some of my artworks!
    Every item in my shop has been designed with love in Barcelona, drawing inspiration mostly from fauna and flora.

    I carefully choose the suppliers and printers who I am working with, supporting local and small businesses. My prints, greeting cards and calendars are printed in Barcelona. My notebooks are printed in the UK, and the fabric for my pattern pouches is printed in Germany.

    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

    I really hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If it is not the case, please contact me within 3 days after receiving your order and I will happily refund (excluding shipping costs) or exchange the item. Return costs and new shipping costs (in the case of an exchange) are at the charge of the buyer.

    I accept credit, debit card payments and Paypal. Once your payment has been cleared, I will start preparing the order.
    Shipping
    All products are shipped from Barcelona, Spain.

    I usually ship all the orders within 1-3 days after purchase. There can be some small variations and delays due to special occasions and busy periods.

    Each item is carefully packaged in a cardboard flat mailer (except large custom orders which are shipped in a tube) to ensure its safe travel to your home. I use biodegradable plastic to wrap and secure some of the items, but I try to reduce my impact on the environment as much as possible and to reduce my use of plastic.

    Shipping times:

    SPAIN: approximately 3-4 working days, depending on country/city.
    EUROPE: approximately 7 working days, depending on country/city.
    USA: approximately 7-21 working days, depending on country/city.
    REST OF THE WORLD: approximately 7-21 working days, depending on country/city.
