This is a great harness, made to my specs so it fits Nyota perfectly. The reasons I did not rate it a 5 had nothing to do with the Seller, Melonie was GREAT to work with. The Etsy ordering platform really stinks, however. Every time I would enter one of the options, then look at the item on the site to confirm details, the order form would change what I previously entered. I ended up with a harness that had a handle on it, which I really did not want. However, that is how the order went through, and not Melonie's fault. I did think the shipping was pricey, but overall I am very happy with the item itself and again, Melonie is wonderful, very responsive and patient with all my questions.
