While the boilerplate Etsy policy says I do not accept returns or exchanges, I do stand behind the quality of my creations. If you receive your items and are not satisfied for any reason, please do open a dialog with me about how I can make it right. If your bag has a construction failure with 30 days of receipt, I will correct, fix, or replace your bag for free (client is responsible for shipping to me, I will cover shipping of repaired or replacement item to client). Examples of construction failures include, but are not limited to, zipper teeth failures, seams unraveling, and popping rivets. Construction failures do NOT include abrasions, tears not on a seam, stains, or zipper pull failures, as these are signs of use and not the fault of the maker. If you encounter a construction failure more than 30 days after receipt or damage from normal or excessive usage, please contact me to see if it still might be reparable for a small fee. My greatest desire is that this bag becomes a treasured piece of your wardrobe that you proudly carry for many years to come.
