Announcement    I shape and enamel the lava of the volcanoes of Auvergne in the hope of offering small touches of art of living in close complicity with the natural environment. For me this sap is a nugget: it evokes the power and heat coming from the center of the earth and which allows rooting.
My universe: the raw opposition of lava to the precious earthenware enamels (and fine touches of gold) and the suggestion of symbols through organic environments.
I like the idea of "chameleon lava": the mineral medium that flirts and imitates the organic medium.
Art has always been my guide: whether it was when I was learning the violin and then the cello, then through my tales and finally with the lava approach, the approach seems to be the same and the different arts respond to each other: there is composition, balance, rhythm and then the "controlled emptiness" without which "the place of the full" could not be made.
We often note the spiral in my creations, this shape certainly has something to do with the volutes of the violins and in particular: the hearing and the head of the neck.
The symbolism of the spiral also resonates with me, since it is the representation of the initiatory path as so well illustrated by nature in the form of snail and ammonite.
Lava is also an exceptional material that resists frost and UV, so I design your custom exterior ornaments: sundials, signage, garden tables ... Pour moi cette sève est une pépite : elle évoque la puissance et la chaleur provenant du centre de la terre et qui permet l'enracinement.
Mon univers : l’opposition brut de la lave au précieux des émaux faïence (et fines touches d’or) et la suggestion de symboles au travers des milieux organiques.
J'aime l'idée de « lave caméléon » : le milieu minéral qui flirte et imite le milieu organique.
L'art a toujours été mon guide : que ce soit lorsque j’apprenais le violon puis le violoncelle, puis au travers de mes contes et enfin avec l'approche de la lave, la démarche semble être la même et les différents arts se répondent : il y a la composition, l'équilibre, le rythme puis le « vide maîtrisé » sans lequel « la place du plein » ne pourrait se faire.
On note souvent la spirale dans mes créations, cette forme a certainement quelque chose à voir avec les volutes des violons et notamment : l'ouïe et la tête du manche.
La symbolique de la spirale aussi résonne en moi, puisqu'il s'agit de la représentation du chemin initiatique comme si bien illustrée par la nature sous forme d' escargot et d'ammonite.
La lave est aussi un matériaux d'exception qui résiste au gel et aux UV, je conçois donc vos ornements extérieurs sur mesure : cadrans solaire, signalétiques, tables de jardin… Très honorée d’avoir obtenu le titre « maître artisane d’art »
