Meet Lindsey Shaw
Lindsey has spent her entire career in the healthcare industry. After getting her Master’s Degree, she focused on managing teams and healthcare administration over the past 20 years. In both the hospital setting and private practice, Lindsey was able to apply her passion for using data to problem-solve and drive her teams to achieve their goals. She also stresses the importance of mentoring her teams in communication, customer service, using data to make your business decisions and process improvement.
Lindsey felt that the position of VP of Medical Aesthetics at Lifted Logic was the next logical step and a tremendous opportunity in her career. After spending the last two years at Clarity Technologies (previously APX Platform) as the SVP of Practice Development and Support, and prior to Clarity, several years as the Practice Administrator in a fast-paced integrative medicine and medispa practice, she is uniquely positioned to understand what our clients are dealing with in their practices.
“I have a plaque in my office that says, ‘If you change nothing, nothing will change’ and these are words I think about everyday. Too many times, we get stuck in a holding pattern…we know it isn’t working, but we aren’t sure how to get out of it. That’s when we need to ask for help. The “why” for me is to help others in our industry and be a small part of their success stories. I love implementing processes, growing a team, building a positive culture, and making a company more profitable through leadership, financial responsibility and benchmarking. I am very proud of the work I have done in my career, and I am ready to share my knowledge and experience with other growing practices.”
