Easy! Just list the date you would like to receive your order by in the Note to Seller box at checkout. We can usually accommodate any time frame, but if we can't we'll contact you right away.

Once your order is placed, production time is approximately 3-5 business days. Business days are Mon-Fri, excluding holidays. Please be sure to list your event date at checkout even if you think this is enough time. Production time is not transit time, and can sometimes take longer than than usual.

Domestic orders shipped via Priority mail will arrive in 2-3 business days. First class orders can take 2-7 days to arrive.

International orders can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks - plan for a wait or ask about a shipping upgrade if you have a pending event date.

ALWAYS list your event date at checkout. All sales are final.

Due to the delicate nature of the paper we use, we do not accept returns.

All sales are final. Absolutely no returns on balloons, tissue paper sheet orders, or custom orders.

We try to photograph our colors to reflect their truest shade, but sometimes those shades don't come through how they would in real life on your monitor or phone screen. Because of this we do not accept returns based off of color discrepancies. Thank you for your understanding.
