Unfortunately, we are unable to personalise samples, these are pre-printed. Samples are to check the quality of the item before placing a full order. We will however create a digital file with your personalised text once you place an order so you can see how it will look and make sure you are 100% happy with the item before it gets sent to print.

1. Select the quantity you would like to order from the drop-down menu and add to basket. If you would like RSVP cards, info cards or any additional items please add these separately.

2. Once you have placed your order, we will be in touch to request your personalised text, or you can fill out the ‘add personalisation’ box.

3. We will then create a digital proof for you to approve within 1-2 business days. (don't worry if you need tweaks, we're happy to do these for you!).

4. Once you're completely happy with the final draft we will send your order to print. Your order will be ready within 1 – 2 weeks of artwork approval.

We can change fonts, colours, background colours and tweak flower designs. If you would like a full bespoke order we can do this for you, however there will be a design change for this. Please can in touch to enquire further.
Do you create bespoke designs?
Yes we can create a custom design for you, please get in touch with your inspiration images, we would like to create something unique for you and your wedding.

Yes, you can supply whatever wording suits your wedding and we will format it to make sure that it looks great on the design that you have chosen. If you need help with the wording please drop us a message after ordering and we can send lots of previous examples from previous orders to give you ideas.

Yes, a QR code can be added to any of our designs. It can be added on the RSVP or on the Details card or on to the invite if there is room.

We send items wrapped separately, so you can assemble them yourself and add in any extra bits and pieces you need before sealing the envelopes. If you would like your wedding stationery assembled, please select this from the drop-down.

We are an online stationery supplier so we don’t have a studio that you can visit. If you need to contact us, please drop us an email. We prefer to have everything in writing so that we can keep track of all your requests and decisions (and our responses) otherwise we are likely to forget the details of a phone chat as we deal with many clients every day. We have found this really does make for clearer understanding over the period that we work together, and is much safer when dealing with precise print work.

Yes we can print in other languages, but we may need to change the font to allow this.
