This little shop was created from real life, real overwhelm, and the belief that support should feel gentle, affordable, and actually useful.
After experiencing caregiving challenges, health struggles in my family, ADHD-style overwhelm, burnout, and the mental exhaustion that comes with trying to hold everything together, I wanted to create printables that feel calm, realistic, and easy to use.

I do create other tools and bundles from time to time as I learn what people find helpful, but the heart of this shop will always be simple, gentle support for difficult days.
I’m retired, and I keep my prices intentionally affordable because helping people matters to me. This shop gives me a little extra income, but it is not about overcharging people who are already overwhelmed. My goal is to keep these printables kindly priced while still earning about a dollar per sale.
