Hi, I'm Liz, and together with my son David, we created the American Mahjong Tournament Manager.
As an avid American Mahjong player and tournament enthusiast, I've spent years participating in events and watching tournament directors work tirelessly behind the scenes. While tournaments are a wonderful way to bring players together, the administrative side—registrations, seating assignments, scorecards, waitlists, and player tracking—can be overwhelming.
David and I recognized an opportunity to make tournament management easier. Combining my firsthand experience as a tournament player with David's technical expertise in Excel automation and data management, we developed tools designed specifically for the American Mahjong community.
What began as a solution to simplify tournament administration grew into a comprehensive system that helps organizers save time, reduce errors, and focus on creating a great experience for their players.
Every product in our shop is built with real-world tournament needs in mind. We continually refine our tools based on practical experience and feedback from Mahjong players and tournament directors.
