Refunds are only accepted for faulty items. No refunds will be given for change of mind purchases, or items that have been damaged while in transit by poor handling methods used by Australia Post.
Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty (for example, a flower has fallen off the hair piece)
Please contact us via Etsy or Facebook to organise a return / replacement or exchange for your item if it is faulty.
PLEASE NOTE: Buyer is responsible for cost of return postage. A replacement, exchange or refund of the item purchased will be given at the time of receiving the item back.

We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases or if the item has been damaged OR lost in transit. We accept no responsibility if the item has been damaged in transit after the item has left our hands. We do our best to securely and safely package your items to avoid this.
For Australian customers, you can also purchase the postage Insurance upgrade option in checkout for $1.50 AUD to insure your item against loss or damage while being carried by Australia post.

All orders are shipped out within 5-7 business days from the date your order is placed.
While we always endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible, the quantity of orders we receive fluctuates daily / weekly (out of our control) and busier periods of the year (such as Christmas, or when there is a sale on), can effect our turn around and our shipping time frame.
We will always try to advise you of any possible delays, should they arise.

If you require your order by a certain date, please contact us prior to purchasing to ensure that it is possible for us to get it to you in time.

Once your order has been shipped and the parcel has physically left our hands / been handed over to Australia post for delivery to its destination, we cannot be held responsible if for some reason your parcel goes missing, is lost while in transit or is damaged due to poor handling by Australia Post.
If this does occur, or your order has not arrived and you suspect it may have been lost, please contact us as soon as possible and we will always do our best to resolve the issue in your favour.

If purchasing 2-3 or more items, shipping prices may differ. This is to cover the extra postage & packaging costs.


If you need your item sooner, Express post is available for Australian customers for an additional $2.50 AUD (hair flowers / hair pieces only), just select the express post upgrade option in checkout. We also offer postage insurance for an additional $1.50 AUD. This insures the contents of the parcel so that if your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, the contents can be refunded / replaced.

We don't currently offer an express post option for brooch orders, however, if you would like your brooch order sent urgently via Express Post, please contact us prior to purchasing and we will be more than happy to arrange this for you at an extra cost.
We also now offer a Registered post upgrade option for Brooch orders for an additional $3.80 AUD - This is the safest shipping method for brooches as it offers tracking, signature on delivery and compensation for loss or damage if your brooch is damaged while in transit. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU PURCHASE THIS OPTION DURING THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD.


Delivery for international orders can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks (10-20 business days), and in peak times or busy periods such as around Christmas time, it may take up to 6 to 8 weeks. If your order does not arrive within the advised time frame in your shipping notification email, please contact us, however please understand that we cannot be held responsible if your order has been lost in the mail or delayed in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control - this includes if your parcel is held up by customs.
Once the parcel leaves our hands, we cannot control how quickly it is delivered to you.
International mail can be very unpredictable in delivery time frames, especially coming from Australia, so your patience is very much appreciated.

All of our brooches are posted in padded envelopes as "large letters" in order to keep postage costs as low as possible for our customers. This means that they do not come with tracking, insurance (unless you purchase registered post - aussie customers only) or signature on delivery etc. if you would like your brooch shipped to you as a parcel to enable you to track it (at an extra cost) please contact us before purchasing and we will be more than happy to accommodate this.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer an express shipping option for international orders, however all of our hair pieces are posted via Pack & Track international shipping which enables you to track your parcel while it is in transit. Your tracking number will be emailed to you in our shipping notification.

To place a custom order, click on the "request custom order" link in our Etsy shop, or send us a message to discuss or arrange your custom order.

For all custom orders, please allow up to 5-6 weeks for your order to be fulfilled (depending on the nature of the piece, detail, time required and materials in stock at the time of placing your order). If you require a custom order within a specific or urgent time frame, please contact us prior to ordering to discuss whether we will be able to deliver on time.
We will always do our best to accommodate all custom orders and fulfill them in the time frames provided, however as we are a small, handmade business that is single-handedly run by one person, this may not always be possible.

Upon placing your custom order, we will advise you of an estimated completion time frame for your order. However, please be aware that due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our products, sometimes unexpected delays may be experienced due to availability of the materials or time required to complete your order. If this is the case, we will always advise you as soon as possible of any possible delays.

All custom orders MUST be paid for IN FULL at the time of ordering. We cannot start work on your custom piece, unless payment has been made in full.
This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through or its related sites and services.
