Important note on Shelf Wear!
While I love to create Special Editions for you, Please only order if you are okay with shelf wear.
What is Shelf wear?
Even though I buy books NEW from Amazon, there can be some creases on the spines, the covers and the edges, but they cannot be considered as damaged and hence not subject to Replacement.
So, if you have placed the ordered that implies you have agreed to the shop policies regarding shelf wear.
Items received as Damaged - What is not qualified as Damaged.
Please note shelf wear is not covered in Damaged, so only place the order if you are okay with shelf wear - like minor creases on the spines, the covers and the edges.
Also, since they are hand painted, please take into consideration the human factor - so while I put all my heart and hardwork into the making process, there can be minor chances of color bleed.
Please note - If you have placed the order, that implies you have agreed to the shop policies about shelf wear and minor color bleed.
Items received as Damaged - What qualifies as Damaged?
I take extreme measures to make sure the books remain undamaged. I use protective bubble wrap to ensure that no harm comes to the books in transit.
However, since this is International shipping, items are subject to checks by custom authorities and may lead to opening of the package and damaging the books due to rough handling i.e torn pages, craft knife cuts on the books, etc.
This hardly ever occurs, but if it does, be assured that I will help you with the replacement.

Items received as Damaged - Solutions (Terms and Conditions of Replacement)
Please note items with shelf wear and minor color bleed are not qualified as damaged.
Damaged includes rough handling during custom checks, i.e torn pages, craft knife cuts on the book, etc. (Extremely rare)
Since I do Free International shipping, shippings costs are extremely high for me to simply replace the products. Hence, the shop doesn't have a replacement policy.
However, in genuine circumstances, I can replace the damaged products on the condition that shipping costs of replacement is borne by the buyer.
Why? Etsy's policy clearly defines Buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
So instead of paying the cost of return to a random shipping company, I would appreciate if you help me with that amount to send the replacement.
