Sizing details
Most of my shirts are unisex. The default sizing for unisex shirt is "men's" which is why you will see "S Men's, M Men's" etc in the drop down menus when picking a size.
All my listings have a sizing chart that's listed in both imperial and metric sizing for you to be 100% certain of your size before purchasing.
Returns/Cancellations
I am able to perform refunds & cancellations up until your item is being fulfilled by my partner. Sometimes it's a couple of days, often it's much quicker than that. After that time I am unable to process a cancellation/refund but if there is a problem with your order, please get in touch with me and I will do my best to remedy it. Any issues with an order should also be reported no longer than 4 weeks after the delivery.
How long will my order take to make?
The processing time is 2-7 business days. Unfortunately, I cannot adjust this as it is at the discretion of my production partner. Please message me before you order if you are wanting an item for a certain date as once an item has been fulfilled by my production partner, no refund is available. If you message me asking why you haven't received your order and it has not yet been fulfilled, I will put it on hold with my production partner in case you wish to cancel but this will make the process even longer so please keep that in mind.
What brand/colour are your shirts?
The brand I predominantly use is Bella + Canvas 3001 and I copy over the colour names as dictated by this brand. I may sometimes use Anvil or Gildan for specific designs, but I always put the colour as dictated by this brand. Please keep in mind it may appear different on your screen than in person.
Etsy has added a nifty new feature that allows you to select which colour you'd like, and it will show you the matching photo. I am doing my best to ensure all my listings take advantage of this new feature, but if one has not been updated yet, I apologise.
