Global pandemic delays the shipment. "Untrackable shipping" has been extremely delayed and it makes some customers terribly unhappy and it makes me very sad, too. We all need peace of mind especially in these difficult times!

Welcome to Sweet Supplies Store!

My name is Eriko. I live in Sapporo, northern part of Japan where we have lots of snow during the wintertime. I have been working in the trading company for over 20 years, which includes 5 years working experience in Europe.

Since 2010, I have been running my own shops where I sell cute goods with bird design. I have been just a buyer in Etsy in the beginning and then I noticed that the stickers & tapes I have been selling in my Japanese shop can be also sold through
Etsy to all over the world. So I have opened my Etsy shop on 2012.

I LOVE birds, dogs, cats, rabbits, any other cute animals so much! I also love fairy tales. I used to read lots of story books when I was a child and I still love to read these books again and again! I am very happy to share with the items I love with my customers all over the world.

Photo is my dearest little budgie, Toko. Passed away on 15th of March, 2017. She was 11 years & 7 months. I miss her so much.

All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges. But if any problem, please contact me.

If you do not receive your package within 4 weeks, please send me convo through Etsy. I can submit the inquiry to Japan post so that they will contact your postal service officially for the investigation. But please understand that such investigation process takes long time.

Standard shipping includes the insurance up to JPY6,000. If the shipment is lost or damaged, Japan post can refund within JPY6,000.

If you need full insurance, please write your message at the checkout so that I can check the extra cost for EMS. EMS is express service and full insurance is included. But it is quite expensive.

If the package is damaged and items are broken, please make sure to send me the photos of the damaged package.& items. Without the proof, I cannot apply for insurance.

If the package is not claimed at the destination and is returned to Japan, I will refund the item cost after I receive all the items in the original condition. Shipping is not refunded.

Estimated transit time: 1-2 weeks in normal times. During the global pandemic. it is hard to estimate the transit time. It may take a few months, if unlucky.

Canadian & Australian postal service may not scan the package.

For EU / UK customers;

VAT threshold is EUR22.00 or GBP15.00, as far as I know. Some EU country may have lower VAT threshold. If you purchase over VAT threshold (Item total), your import customs "may" charge you VAT + handling charge.

From the past experiences, UK import customs are quite strict. I recommend EU & UK customers to make order amount (item total) less than VAT threshold to avoid such issue.

As to the threshold, I do not have the update. Please check your import customs for update. Thank you.

To German customers: I had to give up to ship to Germany due to their new Pacakging Law in Germany. Sorry. If there is any change in the law, we may be able to ship to Germany again.

I try to pack and ship each order fast. Please kindly understand that I cannot accept the cancellation after shipping. If your cancellation request comes after the packing, but before shipping, I will refund the item cost only, but not the shipping. I use the postage stamps, so once I put the postage stamps on the package, these postage stamps will not be re-used. I recommend you, therefore to double check everything alright before placing order.

Is tracking available?

No, VAT, GST and any other import duty & tax are not included in the price.

Do you offer wholesale price?

Sorry, I do not wholesale.

Do you accept custom order?

Sorry, I do not accept custom order.

Can you mark as a gift or write the lower value on the custom forms?

No, I cannot. It is illegal.

Do you do gift wrapping?

I do not really offer gift wrapping. But I always make "all packages" a little cute to make my customers happy when they open the package. But it is not gift wrapping.

Please make sure to understand "marking as a gift" does not mean gift wrapping. It means "No Invoice" in the package. So even though you "mark as gift", your package will not be gift wrapped. I hope you do not misunderstand.

But if it is for birthday or Christmas gift, I may be able to put the relevant tape or sticker (if available) for your package upon request.

If you want to enclose the short message, I can write it down in the cute memo paper. But I cannot enclose the long letter inside of the package.

Why do you not accept shipping to my country?

Japan post has stopped to ship to over 150 countries on 2nd of April, 2020. It is because there are not many flights available for these countries during pandemic. So I have deleted these countryes from the shipping profile in my Etsy shop temporarily. Sorry for the inconvenience.
