Your experience was NOT 4mo, it was 2mo (Nov-Jan) AND you received a FULL REFUND after all the work we did for you. The process took this long because we agreed to create a custom sign order for you, did not include graphic design work in the price because you claimed to have print-ready artwork - but you didn't. So our designer spent hours creating vector art & making multiple changes at your request (change the phone #, move this line over, change my tag line, etc) FOR FREE. This back & forth with you took a few weeks, working at your whim. The listing details stated that custom sign manufacturing takes 30-40 days. After 28 days, when the sign was almost complete, you requested & received a FULL REFUND from Etsy. We spent a lot of time and work, and received nothing in return. Disappointment was ours.
