The buyer admitted in their messages that they made a mistake, assuming this was a guide for installing Adobe Pro License. Our product description and title never mention this. They later claimed the files were identical, but when we requested screenshots as proof, none were provided. The files are in fact different and carefully prepared as described. We always provide exactly what we advertise, and it is unfair to be blamed for a buyer’s misunderstanding.

The claim of "same PDF repeated five times" is false; each of the 5 PDF files contains unique content designed to facilitate the use of a different Adobe Software Program. The buyer downloaded all materials before requesting a refund, which suggests full access and use of the product. We do not issue refunds in cases where the buyer misreads the listing, as this buyer admitted both publicly and in his message to the seller, and then attempts to reverse the purchase after accessing the content to use the product for free! We stand by the clarity and value of our listings and always welcome questions before purchase. Buyer trust and product integrity are our top priorities.
