How do I know what size to order ?
The measurements of each collar are shown in the product photo of each of the item listings. Measure your dog or cats neck circumference and then make comparisons with the size chart. All of the collars length is adjustableso you should beable to find the correct fit. If you are having trouble picking your size please reach out and we will be more than happy to help pick the right size.
How do I let you know the personalization I want ?
All our collars ar personalizable, except if you chose the black plastic buckle. Please chose the buckle in the drop down on the order page and then add the information, ususally name and phone number in the personalization box. You will also enter font there too.
Can I personalize in any language ?
Yes. They can be personalized in any language. We will follow the characters exactly as instructed.
