Behind Philo K. there is a meticulous Spanish illustrator. After almost 20 years working on editorial and advertising she decided to start to built her dream: a contemporary ceramic and textile studio.

    My mother called me mountain. Montserrat is a mountain near Barcelona, the site of a monastery founded in the 10th century. Gets its name from Latin mons serratus meaning “jagged mountain “. I am illustrator, ceramist, weaver and a perpetuum mobile.

::RETURNS::

Please, consider the handmade nature of our pieces, slight variations are to be expected but if you are in any way unhappy with your with your order, please, send us a message and we will help you gladly to proceed with the refund of the item.

To be eligible for a return the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in original packaging. We cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of dispatch by registered mail, providing a track number to us, without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
Please note that return delivery charges are non-refundable.

We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and approved for refunding. Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. ETSY will do this procedure, please, get in touch with ETSY customer service if any problem arises.


:EXCHANGES::

Unfortunately we are not able to process exchanges, we would advise to return an item and submit a new order if is desired.

::SHIPMENT::

We ship worldwide by registered mail, this includes a tracking number that will be provided with the shipping notification.

Our shipment includes the express 24-72 hours service with DHL courier, this option can be selected on the delivery options of the listing. DHL orders are tracked and will require a signature.
If you live in a remote area, your order may incur a delivery surcharge if you select DHL as your shipping method. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive if you live in a remote area.

All the orders are carefully packed to ensure their safety.


:SHIPPING FEES::

The shipping fee is calculated automatically once you have added your items to your bag. Please enter the destination country to see prices and delivery options.

Customers are responsible for all the shipping of their purchases and returns, these charges are not-refundable.


::DUTIES AND TAXES::

We are legally obligated to enter the full value of orders on customs forms.

International packages may incur taxes and/or duties. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s fees and policies before placing an order.
These charges are at the customer own expense.


::DELAYS::

Customs clearance procedures may cause delays in delivery, we are not responsible for this delay.
If your purchase doesn’t arrive within 15 days after the shipping notification, please, contact as soon as possible your local post office with the track number provided.


::MISSING::

We are not responsible for missed items, nevertheless we will gladly help you providing all the information for you file a claim through your local post office.


::DAMAGE::

Broken or damaged goods at delivery are at your own costs and risk. We will not refund orders that are damaged by transport but please, notify us within 48 hours of reception with photographs.

You are welcome to use the product photos from our shop page on your blog or site, as long as you ask us permission, properly credit Philo k and link back to our website or the product page.
Photographs may not be altered or used for any other purpose.


::PRODUCT DESCRIPTION::

We will use our best efforts to ensure that any photograph of any of the products is as accurate as possible. Please note that the representation of the products as produced by your computer screen may differ from the original due to variations in monitor settings and color display.


::PRODUCT INFORMATION::

All our products are carefully made by hand, subtle variations in color, finish, shape and size between your item and the one pictured on the listing can occur, this is the beauty of the artisanal work, I hope you love as much as we do.

*Ceramics:
Our ceramics are food, microwave and dishwasher safe unless otherwise noted.
Made in small series with non-toxic clays and lead-free glazes.
After prolonged use the pieces can slightly change in color and glaze aspect, this is the beauty of the imperfection and uniqueness.

*Metal
The bronze and brass can change the color during the use and past of the time. Can also oxidize with wear and may temporary stain the skin, it goes away easily just cleaning with hands soap.
The raw bronze can be polished easily with an specific product for polish metal.


::CARE::

*Jewelry:
Please, do not use moisture cream or oils when wearing the jewels to avoid discoloration or stains in metal, ceramic and textile components.
The pieces should be handle with care, don’t struck with hard surfaces or objects during wear.

*Ceramics:
Our are dishwasher safe ( unless otherwise noted ) but hand-washing is encouraged.

::TIME OF PRODUCTION::

The delivery will vary depending the availability of the product. If is listed as “In stock” we be dispatched in 2-3 working days after the confirmation of your purchase.
If is not stocked the time of production is around 2 weeks, a confirmation email will be sent when your order be sent.


::WHOLESALE::

If you are interested in retaling our products, please contact us sending information about your project or shop providing a website or photographs. Thank you!

::OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS::

If you are interested in some out of stock product, please, get in touch with us and we will do our best to make your wish come true.
