Tangible DBT Skills Reminders, Better than a string around a finger to remember!!

If you know what the string around the finger stands for, you are already aware that the human mind is more likely to remember those things that are important if they have a tangible reminder handy:
^An alarm that we can hear to signal that something needs to be done - so we don’t forget something important to us.
*A note on the fridge door where we are sure to see it - so we don’t forget.
*A string around the finger - to remember.
When we are learning DBT skills, it is all too easy to forget which skill will work for what, or even to remember that using them could help when we need them the most. The more stressed we are, the more likely we are to watch our memory fly right out the window.
We offer daily reminders that can be displayed in your regular surroundings. If you know ahead of time that you are going into a stressful situation, you can plan ahead which reminders could be the most helpful in that situation. We sell things you can wear and things you can carry. Many of our items come with a business size reminder card to help clarify even further which skill you are attempting to remember to use.
We have many expansion ideas for reminder merchandise we would like to add, so be sure to keep coming back.
