5 out of 5 starsBought a custom XXS size for a small chihuahua puppy but ended up being too small, my own mistake! Very happy with the design, quality and feel of the item otherwise, though selecting the options could be simplified.
Helpful seller who gave lots of options when I was unsure and swift return of another selection that didn't fit. -

5 out of 5 starsPerfect! Ordered two robes for my little girls. A note to anyone with doxies: I have two doxipoos and the sleeves come to the floor. My tiniest one, they slip under her feet because she's so short! Simple enough fix though - roll up the sleeves (may even take a stitch on the littler ones). But otherwise, just following the size guide made for perfect fits. The quality is amazing, too! Keeps the girls very warm and they enjoy pulling each other by the ties.

4 out of 5 starsIt's cute, it shipped quickly, and it fits my dog. But I can';t expect to have her wear this because the fabric has no stretch and it's very hard to slip on, my dog gets really angry and uncomfortable during the process. I would love it if this was slipped on like a coat, with a zip or snaps or button, it would have made all the difference, considering the stiffer garment!

We customise dog garments made with high quality fabrics. Offering limited numbers of garments, so that customers have that feeling of exclusivity.
We started making dogs clothing and accessories for our own dog back in 2016.
We enjoyed it so much that years later we decided to allow others to enjoy our pieces too.
This has now taken the business from having only four items to its current status of 100+. Producing genuine individual handmade garments and accessories to several collections.
Not only do we hand create all our own designs, The Posh Paws Company are able to produce limited numbers of any one design in our LIMITED EDITION OFFERS. This allows our customers to have that feeling of exclusivity.
We create and offer bespoke garments, customised, made-to-measure, pattern making services. This has proven to be an advantage with our bridal collection, newly onboard. As it takes the stress out of thinking; will it fit, is it big enough etc. Instead, ensuring the perfect fit for those special occasions outfits.
In addition, our bespoke service allows customers to provide their owner fabrics, (if suitable for purpose). Offering a more exclusive provision in regards to fabric choices and colours.
Throughout the years of trading what we have acknowledged is that quality and standards are at the forefront of what The Posh Paws Company represents and so forth it reflects itself in the quality of work we produce.
THE ENVIRONMENT
We feel that it is important we care for the plant.
The way The Posh Paws Company are helping through producing less waste, slowing down of increasing landfills.
1 Reducing fabric waste, through repositioning patterns pieces, to use up the
maximum amount fabric. We may also add seams to a pattern to reduce wastage of
fabric.
2 Some of our limited edition garments are made with reclaimed fabrics. Each
recycled garment are taken apart and washed before use.
These things can be time consuming, which reflects in the pricing. But we feel this is worth doing.
VISION
To support small pet charities.
1 Allowing groups to promote themselves on our platforms and forums.
2 Sponsor groups through gifting of promo bandanas
3 Adding donation to groups as an option on customers orders

Sizing details
You may still be able to purchase items for your pet even sizes not available. This will incur an additional charge. Contact us to enquire about the possibility of sizes required.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift wrapping is available at an additional charge, (see individual item for cost).
This comes in the form of a brown Kraft box with The Posh Paws Company logo paw prints. The box is lined with tissue paper and blank gift tag, finished with a ribbon.

Shipping time
Shipping time varies with each item.
Where possible customers may be able to request a earlier dispatch date, but this cannot be guaranteed.
To implement these terms customers will need to contact us prior to purchasing.
If you require urgent delivery we suggest you updated to EXPRESS delivery.

Environmental friendly
We are always striding to support the decrease of landfills and environmental waste across the world.
We started out using recyclable packaging and now we have taken this one step further.
From 14th December 2020 we may add additional seems to our garments, to minimise fabric off cut waste. As we believe "every inch helps".
