📏 What size should I order?
All shirts are unisex Comfort Colors tees with a relaxed fit. For a true-to-size feel, order your usual size. For a looser, oversized look, consider sizing up. Be sure to check the size chart in each listing before ordering.
🧼 How do I care for my shirt?
To preserve the quality and faith-based design, we recommend:
• Wash inside out with cold water
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Avoid ironing directly on the print
• Do not bleach
📦 What if my package is lost or stolen?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If this happens, please contact your local postal service first. We suggest selecting tracked shipping at checkout when available.
🏠 What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately if your address needs to be changed. If the order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages.
📬 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error or defect. If there’s an issue with your item, please reach out — we want to make it right.
🎨 Do you accept custom orders?
Yes — I accept custom orders for certain specific products! Please note that these may take a little longer to process and complete than regular orders. If you have something specific in mind, feel free to message me — I’d love to hear from you.
🔄 Can I cancel or change my order?
Because each item is made to order, cancellations or changes must be requested within 1 hour of purchase. However, changes may not be possible if production has already begun. Please double-check your size, shipping address, and item details before placing your order.
