The wooded reveries of Yseulys

I started creating during my bachelor's degree in art history and archaeology. It was at this time that I began to discover stones. Little by little I bought my little kit to start creating between classes and my student work. The more time passed, the more this world opened up to me and I could not do without it. It took me a while to find myself in the world of craftsmanship, to find the materials and techniques that I would like. During my master's degree, my activity continued in parallel, I finished my master's degree wishing to become a teacher. Today my vision of things and the world has changed, I can no longer see myself stopping creation and thanks to a network of the most talented creators I intend to embark shortly full-time in this passion.

Today I find my inspiration through the wild and natural world that surrounds us as fantastic, mythological and historical worlds. I work with stones for their beauty as well as their properties, just like wild flora.

With experience I now offer pieces made from natural stones (such as quartz, labradorite, moonstone and many others), but also pieces made of resin in which I incorporate plants to make them eternal. I like to create a story through each of my pieces, which is why I give names to each of them often linked to myths or legends. Each creation will therefore have an associated story or legend.

Most of the creations are composed of metals, such as copper, bronze or solid silver. I do not create these pieces of metal in any way. Recently I try tinplate especially on my blade pieces and Arthurian fragments. In this case the parts are entirely made by me.

I want to thank those who believe in me and who tell me to persevere in my passion, all the people who follow me, who love my creations. You give me confidence in myself and I thank you for that. Thank you for following me, for loving my little bits of creations, I am very grateful to you. And may my adventure continue with you:)

Today I dream of living from my passion surrounded by my creative friends. In a pretty stone house in the middle of a wooded place, my companion and our furry beasts. To be continued...
