wrong size ~ I will send you the right size free of shipping if in stock. No refunds.
Exchange is possible but customer will pay the shipping charge for both way.

All the items are shipped with a registered numbers and tracking number unless you are outside the US. In case you don't receive your item 4 weeks after the shipping day, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue. If customer provided wrong address I am not responsible for the shipping error.

Custom-made items can not be returned. Please consider before ordering.

For exchanges and refunds the original item must be shipped back in their original condition. All the refunds and exchanges will be made after original items are arrived to seller.

Each monitor reproduces colors differently, therefore the color that you see may be slightly different from the actual color. Always refer to the description or just contact me if unsure.

All the items are shipped by US postal Mail Service with registered tracking number and confirmation. The international delivery usually takes 3-7 business days but it might vary depending on your location and customs in your country.
