I started to sell on Etsy in the year 2007, I was creating all these items and needed to make room for the new .
I hope that my buyers are happy and satisfied with their purchases and anything I can do for you don't hesitate to ask.

Sometimes my creations and designs are what my heart dictates me to make and I hope it is what my buyers want.

I have been creating since 1995 and found Etsy as an outlet to share what I create with you.

Retours et échanges
100% guarantee on workmanship and your satisfaction is the utmost importance to me. Gladly I will do a exchange if you are not satisfied with your handmade item , upon receiving said item. Refunds will be made if workmanship is flawed or item is broken. Postage is to be paid by both parties in the mailing process on an exchange, refunds will be made on original transaction upon receiving back the defective item.

Damages and losses I highly recommend paying extra for insurance and tracking. Otherwise I will work with you on replacement but once out of my hands I have no control over how well the USPS in all areas handle delivery of their mail.
Paiement
There are 3 ways to make payment in the United States only, Money Order through Paypal, check (first clearing the bank unless you are a repeat buyer in good standing, money order (please use any good name corporation, as in Bank, Money gram, USPS).

International buyers please pay by paypal.

Higher end items have insurance and delivery confirmation added in price of shipping.
Expédition
Updated as of February 10, 2010. Due to non delivery of goods on transit to their destination by USPS I now charge a 2 dollar insurance fee. If you have items going west to El Paso from the east coast make sure you get insurance to deter non delivery.

I ship same day or next day when payment is received by Paypal. When paying by check or money order please give enough time for check to arrive and clear my bank, I will keep in contact with you in convo.

Due to a a recent postal delivery experience all packages not insured will now have delivery confirmation, this will reflect into the shipping amount.
