About Me

My name is Lisa and I am the seamstress behind Ding & Kennie. I am the wife of a wonderful husband who is addicted to fishing, Mom to 4 kids and Gramma to 2 beautiful girls and 1 handsome dude. In case you were wondering how I came up with the name Ding & Kennie it came from my 2 granddaughters, Emma (Ding) & Kenley (Kennie).

What started out as a hobby has turned in to a full fledged business. I saw a need for handcrafted items that would not only be functional but something you wouldn't find in a major retail outlet. I wanted things with more of a boutique/custom made feel to them.

I believe that customer service and communication are the keys to any successful business. That is my #1 priority and I strive for perfection. That's why I always will let my buyers know how quickly I will send out their products and if I am having any issues finding exactly what they need.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days from the date purchased.

Due to their nature, all feminine products purchased are non refundable.

Shipping charges are non refundable.
Paiement
We accept payment with PayPal and credit cards.

All orders will be sent to the address listed on PayPal. If you would like your item sent to a different address please let us know.

If I have set up a custom listing for you please make payment immediately or I will delete the listing within 24 hours. For custom listings, please allow 3-5 business days for mailing.
Expédition
All our shipping is done via USPS 1st Class Mail. Normally it takes between 2-5 days for your package to arrive. If you need it to arrive sooner please let me know so I can adjust for Priority Mail.

**Custom Orders**
Check my shop announcement for current turnaround time for custom orders. I work a full time job so most of my sewing is done in the evening and on the weekends.

**Shipping**
All shipping is done the day after payment is received unless it's a weekend. I use USPS 1st Class Mail for packages weighing 13oz or less. Priority Mail is used for heavier packages. Listed shipping costs include the actual postage cost plus a small handling fee. Sorry we DO NOT ship internationally.

**Damages**
Once your package leaves my hands I cannot control how it's handled. If your package arrives damaged then you must file a claim with your local post office. None of my customers have ever had this happen but who knows!
