Wasn’t disappointed with item but was guaranteed shipping would arrive on certain date for a photo shoot and it did NOT arrive on time

I never received this item

Item was never dispatched, seller did not respond to messages, had to get a refund from etsy

I'm not able to comment on the item itself since it was never dispatched to me. I placed the order and heard nothing and after numerous attempts to contact the shop owner, I had to raise a case with Etsy who kindly arranged a refund. I'm very disappointed as I was looking forward to receiving this.

Nicely made, but first one didn’t fit a phone in it (iphone 12) - seller very lovely and made me a skylight Ly bigger one which I’m really happy with. Perfect summer cross body phone back for nights out, thanks

We were honestly blow away by the customer service and end product. It’s been such a delight to work with you- and we will update with professional photos from our wedding in July 🥰 but I was too excited not to hang it in the garden once it arrived. This has been one of the most thoughtful interactions with an Etsy seller- and the process for such a bespoke item was swift and delightful. We’ll be back for another one post wedding as I can’t not have one myself!
