Retours et échanges
if you are not happy with the item, you can return it for a full refund (exclusive of shipping charges).

Items must be returned in their original and unused condition and must be shipped back within 14 days upon reception.

The shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Money for the value of the item will be returned in the next 48 hours after we receive the item back.

Shipping expenses if returned will not be refunded.

If the item arrives with any damage please contact us and send us a picture with the damaged part within the next 24 hours since your item arrives. If we do not receive your message in the next 24 hours, we will not be responsible for damage item

We will replace you the same item without any extra cost or make you a full refund after the item is shipped back to us, depending on each particular situation.

Please note that if the item arrives damage we will replace the same item and not a different one.
Paiement
We use paypal for our payments.
Paypal is the easiest way to pay by Visa, Master, Discovery, Express card from anywhere in the world. You don't need a PayPal account in order to make a payment.

We also accept Western Union, Moneygram or any other means of payment if buyers cover the fees (bank transfer for eg).

Order cancellations are accepted if the order had not been yet shipped
Expédition
Your order will be processed in 1 to 3 bussines days ( Monday to Friday)

We ship worldwide with DHL. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days to arrives at the destination since the parcel is shipped ( after the processing time)

(Please note that we do not ship to Israel, Thailand, China, Russia
We do not ship headdresses or other feathered items to Australia because is restricted by Australian customs)

Only our headbands are shipped by Registered International mail.

Registered International mail shipping:

14-21 business days to Australia, Asia and Europe.

14-28 business days to United States.

Occasionally shipments with Registered International mail. can take up to 6 weeks or longer, but it doesn't usually happen.

We can ship to every country in the world. If your country is not in our list please feel free for text us and we will send you all the information.

Please do not forget to send us a message confirming the delivery address and contact phone number.

Your package could not be sent without this information.

Our shipping companies only accept packages sent with a phone number for use in delivery.

We will never use the phone number for a different purpose

Any duties and taxes assessed by customs in the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable taxes or charges may apply .We cant estimate your fees or taxes . It is buyer's responsibility to check local and national regulations and policies of recipient countries and comply with them . It is buyer's responsibility to ensure that the Customs Department can ship our products to your country and that taxes or fees may apply at the time of delivery. We will not refund the shipping charges if rejected by customs or by itself , due to regulations , taxes or levies . If the package is stopped at customs for whatever reason and the package is not returned to our company , we can not issue a refund

We are not responsible for any delays of post service due to holidays, weather conditions or customs delay and any damage or loss caused by a postal service.
