- Possibility to ship via Mondial Relay (delivery costs less expensive than in Colissimo). Thank you for sending me a private message before ordering so that I offer you this option on the desired product sheet.
Your contact details and the address of the relay point will then be communicated to me via private message.
- Important message: regarding the shipments in tracked letter, the numbers are no longer scanned when the mail is deposited, but only when it arrives. Tracking is therefore not available throughout the journey of your package.

The shop does not guarantee the change of color of the metal used because it can vary depending on the acidity of the skin of each person. The jewels are to be kept dry and do not spray anything on it (perfume ...).
The status of a tracked letter is not searchable
Since the beginning of 2020, the Swiss Post services are no longer obliged to scan a letter followed when it is deposited, but only when it arrives in your mailbox.The status is therefore not up to date throughout the duration of his journey.
Your order has not reached you
The delivery status is authentic. All my shipments are sent by tracked letter or Colissimo in order to be able to trace them and possibly make a claim to the Post Office.- if your order has not reached you but it is noted as delivered in the follow-up of the Post, no recourse is possible for the seller, it is up to the buyer to conduct his investigation (deposit at a neighbor, addressing error, etc.)- if the order is noted as "in transit" and it shows an abnormal delivery delay (check the deadlines in the general conditions or in the delivery options), please contact me so that we can make a complaint to the services of the Post Office.
