The item must be returned unworn, in its original condition and in its original packaging for a full refund minus the original postage cost. Postage will only be refunded on faulty goods. If the item is not return in undamaged conduction we cannot guarantee a refund.

Sorry but no refunds on custom orders. A 50% deposit is also required.

All UK orders are sent by 1st class Recorded delivery sign for, the everywhere else first class Airmail.
First Class UK - takes 1 to 3 days.
Airmail USA- takes 5 to 10 days or more.
Airmail Europe- takes 4 to 10 days
Please note: that all order sent outside the EU must have a customs form attached stating the content and value of the goods, it is the customers responsibility to pay for any customs charges incurred.
