Can I return or exchange a personalized product?
👍Yes, we accept returns and exchanges, provided the product has not been personalized. They are specially designed for you, which makes them difficult to resell. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for this type of service unless the item does not conform to your order.

- All our products arrive in a pouch or in a mylar bag (key ring) but you have the option of receiving it in a gift box (optional + €3).Please select the "Gift Wrap" option when ordering.We do not offer personalized gift packaging (box of different size/color, customization of the box, gift paper, ribbon, etc.)
