About the artist: Starlene Bortvit is my incredibly talented mother, who thankfully contributes a great deal of her time assisting me with orders and other shop operations. She is invaluable to the shop, however her true talent lies in painting and drawing. She is a self-taught painter and her work has been sold nationally and internationally. Most of her work is created on recycled surfaces with recycled frames, adding to the rustic and earthy feel of her art.

SHIPPING INFO: Most orders will ship out within 3 BUSINESS DAYS depending on the time order is placed. Occasionally we may be low on stock or have just sold out of an item. Most items are back in stock within 2-4 business days and will ship out as soon as they arrive. Once your items leave our shop, shipping times in the U.S. are generally 5 days and sooner. International shipping times can vary quite a bit due to the customs process (1 week-3 weeks average). Priority and Express upgrades are available if you need your item sooner. Please contact me and I will get you a quote dependent on your location.
Rush Production and Shipping are available for items in stock, however you must contact me if your purchase is time sensitive to make arrangements.
Exchanges/Refunds: As a courtesy we will accept most exchanges within 14 days of you receive the item. Please understand that in the event of an exchange or item return, we will return the cost of the product only. The shipping cost will not be returned, as it cannot be recouped by USPS. Custom items and personal items, such as soap, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Lost Items: We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. If you'd like to purchase additional insurance, please let us know at the time of purchase.

Le Box Boutique- Love The Moment of Giving
Lacey Bortvit began Le Box Boutique in 2011 as a single mother looking for a way to balance work and being an only parent. "I didn't want to let the challenges of being a single mother force me into a position where I had to go make a living and be away from my child. I really started focusing on my talents and passions for art and sustainability and decided that I was going to pave a way to both make a living doing what I love and be a full time, stay-at-home mother. This shop has been a blessing and has been incredibly rewarding working with so many great customers who place an importance upon eco-friendly, beautiful packaging and gifts."
