Cancellation of the order, never had news despite several messages

Compliant, neat, colors requested respected, careful shipment despite small delay in delivery I recommend ;)

I was supposed to receive it for Christmas and I never received it on top of that it almost never answered the message. Very disappointed we are in mid January and they will reimburse me when I asked that he send it to me anyway. I wouldn't order from them anymore.
