Customer satisfaction is a very high priority. If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, please let me know and I will do my best to make it right.

Exchanges will be granted only upon return of the original item with prior approval. Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Custom items may NOT be returned.

Payment is due upon purchase - no items will be shipped without verification of appropriate payment. I accept Pay Pal or direct checkout through Etsy.

Customized quilts and alchemy - Depending on the order, custom items require a minimum 50% deposit - NON-refundable once I have purchased fabric or begun work - to cover my expenses to design and buy materials for your item. Any remaining balance, plus shipping is due prior to shipment of the finished product. Once the item has been made, custom order payments are non-refundable.

I am required to collect sales tax for sales to Michigan. Please note the 6% tax will be charged at checkout.

We will ship to your PAYPAL ADDRESS - PLEASE BE SURE THIS IS CORRECT!!!

All items are shipped via US Postal Service - 1st Class or Priority Mail - almost always with Delivery Confirmation (for items shipping within the United States that meet appropriate postal regulations re size, etc.).

Shipments are mailed as quickly as possible, M-F for all orders within the continental U.S. International or areas outside the continental US will ship once per week. I cannot guarantee postal delivery times on shipments - international shipments may take from 1 week to 4+ weeks depending on international mail delivery systems and customs. USPS does not provide international tracking, unless you choose registered mail ($14 upcharge). It is a violation of federal law, so I cannot and will not mark international shipments as "gifts". Buyer is responsible for any/all customs fees charged. Thank you!

We will happily gift wrap your item and direct-ship it to your recipient upon your request at no additional cost (unless shipping to another country).

All items are handmade by me with care and attention. If the item says ready to ship it will ship the same day or the day after the order is made. All other items are made on order, in the order they come in. I try to get them mailed within 3-5 days. Custom orders are usually one week to 10 days, unless otherwise stated in the listing.
I am always happy to accept your custom order - even for items not currently listed for sale in my shop as these are just a small sampling of what I make & have available at any time.
