Please, choose your items thoughtfully. There are lots of unique choices, so take the time to read through each description before you make a purchase. Feel free to contact me with any questions. Although I am to provide high quality photos that show the details of each item, I'll be happy to provide additional ones if you want a closer look at anything.

Almost all my items are made specifically to order, so returns are not available for most purchases. All custom orders are also non-returnable.

However, I will exchange any photography item(s) or refund your money (minus shipping costs) up to 14 days after you have received your order. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.

In case of a package loss, I will contact the post office and attempt to locate it by its tracking number.

I accept payments through PAYPAL and direct credit cards through Etsy.

You can also pay with a credit card through Paypal, even if you don't have an account. Just choose the option "Paypal" and then find the option "pay by CREDIT CARD". Find out more here:

REGULAR SHIPPING
I will ship your order to the address listed in your ETSY RECEIPT, not your Paypal address. Please check and make sure it is the correct address. If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address, I will have to charge for shipping again.

Items are shipped within 5 days of receiving payment. I will send you a confirmation email after your order has been sent on its way. Items will be sent in packaging appropriate to their size and fragility.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
If you need an item as soon as possible, I can offer express shipping options at a reasonable cost. Please contact me for details before making a purchase.

LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS
I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. However, I will replace small photography orders free of charge. Since most other items are one-of-a-kind, it would be impossible to replace them exactly, although I will offer to exchange small orders for another item in the shop or be willing to make something new for you. For larger orders, items will be replaced only if you purchase an insured shipping option or pay a small fee to cover the additional cost.
