If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, please contact me to resolve the issue. I will always offer a refund of the item and original shipping cost if you are disappointed with the quality of work or if the description does not match what you received. Please notify me immediately and return the item (at your expense) within 7 days.

I accept PayPal and will consider other options if contacted before purchase. I will ship your purchase once your payment has cleared. I reserve the right to cancel a transaction after three days if I do not receive your payment in that time.

I ship through USPS using First Class mail, and I try to send your package within 24 hours of your cleared payment. For larger items, I purchase delivery confirmation and I will send you the label number via e-mail for you to track. If you would like an upgrade to Priority Mail or would like to purchase insurance for your item, contact me and I will prepare an adjusted invoice. I work to provide safe and fairly priced shipping options. If the shipping cost is much less than billed, I will gladly refund the additional amount through PayPal. International shipping prices are rough estimates; please feel free to contact me for an adjusted shipping amount. The buyer is responsible for all fees associated with items crossing borders.

Please make sure your Etsy and Paypal addresses are identical. If not, please clarify the address to which you prefer me to send your purchased item. If a package comes back to me due to an error on your part (inaccurate address, etc), I will send you an additional invoice via paypal to cover cost of re-shipment.
