Welcome! With a passion and respect for our history and our “roots,” our work is in harmony with our outlook on life - simplicity and natural, rustic beauty. All of our creations are handmade using individually handpicked genuine gemstones, freshwater pearls, glass, sterling silver, copper, and 14k gold-fill and exude an understated elegance.
In an age of mass production, recycling has become an important part of our lives. Excess and discarded materials, especially metals, are abundant in our cities and are waiting for a new use. Utilizing these materials, our jewelry gives a nod to its previous life while taking on a new form and function.
The stones and minerals in our pieces are natural and not dyed or heat-treated unless noted, and we also do our best to make sure all of these materials are also ethically sourced.
The found objects we incorporate into our pieces come from years of collecting, and showcase everything from pebbles and shells picked up on beach vacations as a child, to unique bits and pieces discovered at out of the way antique shops during our present-day treasure-hunting.
Our designs are organic, delicate, and artifact-like, created from processes based in traditional beading, textile, and metalworking techniques, fabricated by hand using a jeweler’s saw, multiple hammers and an acetylene torch, then finished, polished and sealed completely by hand.

Metal pieces are fabricated by hand using a jeweler's saw, multiple hammers and an acetylene torch, then finished and polished completely by hand. The stones and minerals in my pieces are natural and not dyed or heat-treated unless noted, and I also use recycled and ethically mined metals refined in the US.

Retours et échanges
We will accept returns granted that the item is received in an unused/mint condition within 10 business days of receipt of purchase.
We do not provide refunds of any kind on earrings for hygienic reasons.
Due to the time-intensive process and regular communication with the client, we do not provide refunds on custom orders.
PointyKitty Studios is not responsible for items damaged or lost while being returned to us and we do not refund shipping costs.
Before purchasing, please do not hesitate to contact us for any questions. We generally have a 24 hour email turnover Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
Paiement
Sorry, absolutely no personal checks. Please be advised that issuing a check/money order significantly slows down the general transaction.
If payment is not received within 7 days of the purchase, and I have not been contacted, I will cancel the transaction.
The state of Wisconsin requires that I charge sales tax on any items I sell to residents of this state. If you are living in Wisconsin, and you make a purchase, please wait to submit payment until I have sent you a revised invoice with sales tax.
If you would like to cancel a transaction before the item is shipped, for whatever reason, just send me a message to let me know and the money will be refunded to your account.

If you would like to upgrade your shipping method to have insurance, delivery confirmation or express delivery, please let me know and I will send you a revised invoice.
We certainly welcome international clients! International orders will be shipped via USPS Global Priority mail. All clients will be notified by e-mail when shipment goes out.
