A propos

"Think Pretty"

As a creative person and a visual thinker, art and fashion are my key mediums of self-expression. My style is a jumble of cuteness, quirkiness, and earthy comfort, influenced mainly by modern-day Japanese street fashion trends such as “kawaii” (cute) culture and “mori” (forest) style. In my mind, these tastes represent characteristics that I want to be known by ~ a person who is lighthearted, interesting, and friendly.
We all know that true character is defined by what’s in your heart, and actions speak louder than words (or clothing!), so I start by building that image from within. The Pretty Pollyanna ethos is all about creative expression and cultivating an internal beauty that starts from our hearts and minds, and shines out in the form of a warm smile and frivolous fashion accessories! That’s the Pretty Pollyanna spirit, and that’s what it means to “think Pretty!”

Pretty Pollyanna is my home-run business that I started back in 2011 and have continued in one form or another ever since. Along the way, I’ve made jewellery, scarves, bags, and phone charms! Now, I’m just focusing on my first love and true speciality ~ hair accessories ~ all handmade and uniquely designed. I’ve just reopened my Etsy shop as my main selling platform, and it’s lovely to be back amongst a wonderfully creative community of artists and entrepreneurs. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your items and wish to return them, please do so within 14 days. Please return the items with their packaging, intact and unused.
Please also include your Etsy username, along with a short account of your reasons for returning the product - or send me a message with these details, just so I can identify your order.
Refunds can not be given for items lost in transit on return, so please ensure the correct postage is paid and obtain proof of posting. Return postage cost is non-refundable.
If you would prefer to exchange your item for something different, just send me a message within 2 weeks of purchase and I'll come right back to you with some other options.
Paiement
Paypal is the only payment method I currently accept. Please ensure that your payment is sent promptly, as no items will be dispatched until full payment is received.
Expédition
I will dispatch your order as soon as possible - usually within 1-2 working days (excluding 'Made to Order' items which can be expected to take up to 5 working days to dispatch).
Domestic orders (UK) are sent via Royal Mail Second Class post and will usually take 2-3 working days for delivery.
International orders are sent via International Airmail and can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
If you would like a tracking number and/or express shipping, please contact me before placing your order.
