For amigurumi patterns (PDF pattern contained with photos and details) will be sent via e-mail after I've received PayPal payment.
For amigurumi finished dolls and amigurumi supplies, after I've received PayPal payment, they will be shipped within 2 workdays via Thai registered airmail which takes about 14 days depends on destination.

The instructions are somewhat confusing. I am putting it away and trying it later. Maybe I'll have better luck.

- Once the pattern is sent, there are absolutely NO REFUND!
- For custom order, once you've ORDERED and I've BEGUN working on it, I do not accept any type of refund!
- Additionally, there are absolutely NO exchanges for either custom ordered dolls OR patterns unless, the pattern has NOT been sent and the price is the same for the one you wish to exchange it for.

- Paypal Payments need to be paid within 2 days of purchase, or otherwise the order will be canceled.

- Cancellation is unavilable once the payment has been made
Expédition
Patterns will be sent via e-mail only in PDF format which is high quality print (printable). Please convo me if you need fast view PDF format. I will email the pattern to the email address that you indicate with your Etsy account. You also can specify a different email address in your optional message to buyer if you want me to send the PDF format to your prefered e-mail.

- FREE SHIPPING to Thailand only!
- The items will be shipped via registered air mail from Thailand within 2 workdays after I've received your PayPal Payment. It takes approximately 14 days for delivery depends on the destination. Delivery periods are varied upon the different location.
- Please convo me if you need FedEX or UPS shipping. You will be responsible for choosing shipping options, insurance, delivery confirmation etc.
