As Dr. Suess once said "I like nonsense -- it wakes up the brain cells. Fantasy is a necessary ingredient in living. Its a way of looking at life through the wrong end of a telescope...and that enables you to laugh at all of life's realities." Here at Shielou I put a great importance on my imagination, creativity and your satisfaction. I hope to bring out a smile or a laugh through my bits of trinkets. :3

Expédition
****I ship items to the name and address provided through PayPal. If you'd like it sent to a different name and address please contact me to confirm.****

I'm not responsible for any lost or damaged items that happens during the shipping process. I do all I can to make sure the items I mail are safe by shipping them in bubble wrap envelopes and jewelry boxes. I suggest you contact me to add insurance if you do not want to take the chance.

I ship via First Class (3-4 days) USPS. Delivery Confirmation is automatically added to shipments inside the US on orders over $20. Insurance is automatically added to orders over $100.00.

**If you do have insurance on your package and your item arrives damaged for any reason, please retain all packing materials for the insurance claim.**

I ship via USPS First Class International (7+ days, sometimes up to 6 weeks) for shipping outside the US. If you would like an item shipped as Priority Mail International (6-10 days guaranteed) it will cost an average of $15.00 or more depending on the size. Please e-mail me for more information or to choose this option. ^__^ Also please be aware that if there are any taxes in your country for receiving international packages, or any customs issues, it would be your responsibility. I always state the proper value and send it as a commercial sample.

If you'd like me to ship separate purchases to different addresses I will have to charge a separate Shipping and Handling fee. Please contact me for more information and to change the appropriate costs.

Please contact me if you would like to add insurance or any other upgrades to your shipping.
Autres conditions et FAQ
**I'm not doing trades at the moment. I have other priorities that require my attention and I just don't have time :( Sorry!

**Though I make sure that my charms are nice and sturdy, I don't recommend rough handling (ie: hard tugging, throwing, chewing (eew?) or running it over with a mack truck).

**My charms may look cute and toy-like but they should not be given to children under the age of three due to obvious chocking hazards.

**Although I believe that imitation is a form of flattery, more often than not, I just think it's a terrible excuse for a person's laziness in creativity. Be inspired but don't copy.
