I accept payment through Paypal. In the case of larger orders, I will consider payment by cheque - please convo me if you wish to do so. Items must be paid for within three days of the order being placed.

Beads that are already made will be shipped within 2 working days of payment being made. Made-to-order beads will be made and dispatched within 5 days of payment, although I will always try to get them out as soon as possible. If you have ordered both readymade beads and made-to-order, all will be sent when the latter have been made. I post First Class within the UK. The postage charge does not include insurance, so if you would like to arrange insurance please let me know, and it can be provided for an extra charge. The same applies for Recorded or Registered Delivery, so please ask for details. International customers should note that they may have to pay extra customs and handling charges. I cannot predict or cover these costs, I have no responsibility for them, and I do not receive any of the charge. Accordingly, I cannot cover any of these costs.
