However, I cannot be held responsible for the return postage fee.
* Please note that I will not refund any lost or stolen items.
* In all cases, get in touch and we will try to work something out.
Payment
Shipping
If you don't choose an upgrade, there will be no tracking number.
* All items will be posted within 3 business days of payment received.
* All orders are shipped through the French post system, La Poste.
*The buyers are responsible to provide the correct shipping address. Sweet Grenadine is not responsible for checking the validity of delivery addresses and cannot give refunds or replacements to orders where the incorrect address has been given.
* Estimated shipping times :
- France : 2--3 business days
- EU : 3-8 business days
- International : 1-4 weeks. Please take this time in consideration when you order.
