Modes de paiement acceptés

  • Autre méthode
Retours et échanges
Due to the difference in computer monitors, the colors may not be exactly as pictured on your computer screen. I try very hard to make the pictures match true to life. If it is very different than what you expected, you can exchange it or ask for a refund. Refund will be the cost of the yarn, shipping is not refundable.
Paiement
I accept credit cards through Paypal as well as RME. If you would like to pay through RME, select "other" as the payment method. Let me know in the "message to seller" area that you would like to pay with RME and give me your email address listed with them.
Please pay within 3 days of ordering. Items will be relisted if not paid before the deadline.
Expédition
I ship first-class unless otherwise indicated.
If you would like to upgrade to Priority Mail, it is just an extra $2.
Insurance is now included in the cost of shipping.
Autres conditions et FAQ
Since all the yarns are hand-dyed, there can be variance even in the same dye lot. To avoid noticible skein changes, alternate every 1-2 rows with 2 skeins.

I love doing customs, there is no extra charge.

100% bamboo is not suitable for socks. It drapes and stretches. It does work wonderful for lace, shawls, decorative blankets, sweaters and skirts. If using for a garment, I recommend that you knit a fairly large swatch and hang it up so you can see how much it will stretch.
