Love the design of the letters and the fabric is a good, thick kind that will hold up well, I think. Thanks!

Excited to share the newest addition to my shop: Small needle minders for embroidery + large for hand quilting!
I'm thrilled to be able to share with you the very first printed copies of My Hand Lettered Alphabet Sampler--a huge goal for my little indie biz! You can grab your own copy hot off the press and ready to stitch up right here!
Check out the new (free!) tutorial in the KHG Arts Stitch Library video series. It's used in a few of our patterns including the Hand-Lettered Alphabet Sampler: http://khgarts.com/blog/khg-arts-stitch-library-the-trellis-stitch-video/

A propos

All items in my shop are completely designed, crafted, and stitched by me. My goal is to create patterns and items for you and your home that are beautiful and useful in a manner that combines traditional techniques and charm with contemporary aesthetics and bold color.

I grew up on a small family farm in Michigan and learned to love working with my hands. My grandmother, who worked as a professional seamstress, taught me to sew. After an undergrad in art school, I began to revisit the mediums of my childhood, finding comfort in them while living far from home as well as portability and economy.

I am inspired by being able to tell stories using color, memory, stitches, and fabric. I enjoy being able to share my work with you and hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
