RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Satisfaction is guaranteed on all merchandise. I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you order something and it is not what you expected, please let me know within 2 days and I will gladly exchange the item for something else in my shop, minus any postage fees. Exchanges only; no refunds. Please read carefully in the items descriptions before purchasing to make sure it is exactly what you want. One example is sizing: Many of my purses may look identical to others but each one is unique so may vary in size. I will always provide the sizing information on each and all items so read carefully before purchasing.
Please e-mail me for sizes if you are unsure about the description.

My work is guaranteed for up to 3 months of wear. If you purchase something from me that is defective or need any repairs, you may send it to me and I will fix it for no charge as long as the damage is not from normal wear or neglect.
For all alteration work you are responsible for your own shipping and insurance, I will not be responsible for any lost packages. For all repair work, I will pay for shipping returned back to you but you will be responsible for any insurance.

PAYMENTS
Payment are due within 3 days of purchase. Merchandise will not be shipped until funds are received. I accept Paypal, checks and money orders. Note that all "e-checks" with Paypal can take up to 7 days to clear the bank. I also accept all personal and business checks. Any item that has not been paid for within 4 days will be returned to my shop.

Priority Mail® and First Class unless otherwise stated. I ship 2-3 day priority for almost all merchandise(US only) and will provide you with delivery confirmation and tracking when your item ships. I ship all merchandise the same day or next business day following payment.

INSURANCE
You may request insurance if you want to. Please convo me with request for insurance right away and I will invoice you for the difference.

All International purchases are shipped First Class and I don't offer tracking on them.


Shipping prices are based on size weight and location. If shipping ends up being substantially less I will credit the difference.

The shipping price you are paying for includes all packaging materials and supplies, and all postal fees depending on where you want the item shipped to.

TRACKING
** Tracking is always included except for international shipping. I ship First Class and Priority Mail and will provide insurance if requested for an additional fee only if available. I will let you know what the cost will be if you want this option. I will not be responsible for items that are damaged, lost or stolen. Once the postal service accepts your package it is out of my control. It will be your responsibilty to recover any lost, stolen or damaged items. I will send you with the insurance and tracking information if you'd like. I will also keep a copy for my records. E-mail me if you need any further information.
